Discover

The difference is found in the systems, stories and everyday moments where people are either included — or left to adapt alone.

We help you make the invisible visible, then turn insight into action your people can feel.

How we work

No tick-box theatre. No performative polish.

Discover the Difference combines lived experience, professional expertise and organisational pragmatism. The aim is not to make inclusion sound impressive. The aim is to make it usable.

Listen deeply before prescribing solutions
Translate lived experience into practical workplace action
Use evidence, data and stories to build trust
Create plans that leaders can own and teams can use
01

UK employers with 250+ employees can now publish voluntary gender pay gap and menopause action plans, expected to become mandatory from spring 2027, subject to legislation.

02

Menopause support is no longer just a wellbeing conversation. It is becoming part of workplace equality, retention, risk and leadership accountability.

03

Neurodivergent employees may experience menopause and workplace systems differently, which makes intersectional design essential rather than optional.

From wellbeing topic to business priority.

Menopause, neurodiversity and gender equity are often treated as separate conversations. In real life, they overlap. That means organisations need support that connects policy, culture, manager capability, retention, reasonable adjustments and employee voice.

Founder bio

A voice for practical, human and courageous inclusion.

Kasia Zduniak is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practitioner, speaker and facilitator who helps organisations create workplaces where people are valued for who they are — not who they are expected to be.

Her work brings together strategic DEI, neuroinclusion, menopause at work, wellbeing, inclusive leadership and organisational culture. She has led meaningful workplace change across gender equity, neurodiversity, menopause inclusion and employee voice, with a style that is grounded, honest and deeply practical.

In 2025, Kasia co-authored the Polish DEI book Podróż do DEI, delivered her first keynote at CSR Poland, represented Scotland at the Professional Speaking Association Emerging Speaker of the Year final, and founded Discover the Difference — a company built to help organisations turn awareness into action that lasts.

Kasia’s perspective is shaped by professional expertise and lived experience. She speaks openly about menopause, neurodivergence, family, authenticity and belonging — not as abstract topics, but as real workplace realities that shape whether people can thrive.

“You really are a fabulous speaker.”

“It’s clear how much heart you bring to your work and how deeply you value the people behind the projects.”

“Thank you for such a wonderful reminder of how each one of us can make a difference.”
